Robert Fast
After receiving his baccalaureate degree from the University of Miami, Mr. Fast joined the management team of a successful manufacturing firm. Among the matters Mr. Fast dealt with as Director of Operations were OSHA regulatory and safety issues, both of which decreased significantly due to proactive systems he designed and implemented. When he ultimately assumed the role of chief executive, Mr. Fast was required to handle complex human resources matters, specializing in finding ways to solve internal problems before they required legal intervention.
To gain the advanced theoretical knowledge that would complement his successful practical business experience, Mr. Fast earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2006 from Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. At the Huizenga School, he was selected Outstanding Student of the Year, graduating with a 4.00 GPA. His MBA work taught him the principles applicable to helping any business maximize its return on investment while maintaining high ethical and regulatory standards.
He subsequently enrolled in the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating with Honors in 2010. While in law school, Mr. Fast was selected to the Dean's list five times, and received honors recognition in Legal Research and Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice. While only a second-year law student, Mr. Fast personally successfully challenged a rule promulgated by a State of Florida agency in violation of a state statute.
He has formed the Firm with Mr. Borgognoni because it will enable him to use both the legal knowledge he gained in his formal legal studies and the practical experience gleaned from his management of a successful business, in serving the Firm’s business clients throughout Florida.
